Jon Oliver is the CEO of JKO Solutions. He believes in continual self-improvement and lifelong learning. Jon has a BA in Communication, a Juris Doctor degree, and a certificate in general management. He is an ICF – Associate Certified Leadership Coach and he is certified through Assessments 24/7 to administer and debrief several personality assessments including DISC, Motivators, Emotional Intelligence, Learning Styles and Critical Thinking.
Jon spent 25 years working in intercollegiate athletics and it was through working in that highly competitive environment that he became passionate about understanding what it takes to be successful and finding ways to help current and future leaders, as well as organizations maximize their opportunity for success.
Jon is a people person. He loves meeting current and future leaders and seeks to understand their journey through engaging conversations. He is committed to serving others and believes strongly in diversity and inclusion. Jon is married with three wonderful children, and he works very hard to coexist with a very independent English Bulldog.
He is passionate about sports, golf and fly fishing. He is also a fan of music and music festivals. Jon’s father was a minister with a doctorate in higher education and a BA in Theology who was fluent in the Greek and Hebrew languages. His mother was a professor of social work for over 40 years, is a community leader and she is an ordained minister who is very passionate about serving others – it’s in his genes!
